When we talk about improving wellbeing at work and work life balance, we usually focus on things like taking down time, eating healthier, exercising regularly, maybe meditation -- which are important but actually a small part of what creates wellbeing at work. Plus, we know we need to do those things but we often just dont. So, what really creates a true sense of wellbeing in our work? In this session I'll share the real factors supported by leading thinking on organizational psychology and effectiveness: concepts like having clear goals and processes, healthy communication, boundaries, and feeling a sense of making progress toward something meaningful.
