About the Workshop
When we talk about improving wellbeing at work and work life balance, we usually focus on things like taking down time, eating healthier, exercising regularly, and maybe meditation. While these are important activities, they are actually a small part of what creates wellbeing at work.
Plus, let's be honest -- we know we need to do those things but so many of us can't figure out how to prioritize them in our workday.
So, what really creates a true sense of wellbeing in our work? In this session I'll share the factors supported by leading thinking in organizational psychology and effectiveness: concepts like having clear goals and processes, healthy communication, boundaries, and feeling a sense of making progress toward something meaningful.
Join us to learn these concepts and discuss ways to Work and Be Well, especially right now when things are feeling upside down, our routines are off, and there are so many unknowns.
